About Niyama Wellbeing
Niyama was founded in 2022, created with the vision of offering our guests
and clients immersive and personalised experiences rooted in yoga,
meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and cold exposure.

Niyama is facilitated and led by Mike together with other talented and passionate teachers. Between them they offer high quality teaching, guidance, hospitality and memorable experiences that you will cherish and want to repeat time and time again. Every practice and activity is designed with the intention of facilitating transformation.
The powerful combination of activities is not only demonstrated and practised by our guests and clients, it is also explained clearly. The reasons behind each technique and the science of how these practices can influence our lives are always shared. Understanding the why helps redefine what we believe our limits to be. It leaves people feeling revitalised, confident, courageous, free and ready to move forwards with greater happiness and health.

Niyama is the Sanskrit term for duty or observance, and all of our practices can be viewed as inner observances. They help us apply the ethical foundations of yoga to the mind, the body and the spirit, creating a positive and supportive inner environment.
