Airport driver service to and/or from Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO). Please contact our host at niyamacostarica@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on 506-6131-0561 to arrange your pick-up/drop-off times. Drop-off only included if you are leaving on the last day of the retreat.

If you will not be arriving/departing on the first or last day of the retreat, Niyama will do its best to help you coordinate an additional pickup or drop off location that is along the route. If this is not possible, however, the Niyama concierge service will refer you to a professional transportation service company who would require an additional fee.

Niyama Retreats Costa Rica reserves the right to relocate the retreat to a comparable home/villa in the Pacific Coast due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Retreats only go ahead if 4 or more people reserve. In the event that this minimum is not met guests will be fully refunded as soon as possible after the retreats proposed start date.

All bookings are non-refundable if the retreats go ahead. 

Three plant-based meals will be served family style each day of your stay, prepared by an onsite professional chef with classic Costa Rican cuisine and ingredients. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated. Please let us know if you have any restrictions or allergies before traveling to the retreat. Unlimited drinking water, tea and coffee available at all times.

We will provide you with a list of excursions that work with our retreat’s schedule by e-mail prior to arrival. If you choose to do an excursion that conflicts with a retreat activity or meal, no refunds can be given.
 
No refunds will be given if guests miss any activities or workshops.
 
If it is deemed by the Niyama staff that there has been any misconduct or inappropriate behavior, Niyama reserves the right to ask guests to leave the retreat with no refund or partial refunds available.

All retreat guests must be 18 years old or older.

The host does not include or provide any alcohol. We also ask that guests refrain from alcohol or any other substances during their stay in order to get the most out of the retreat and ensure an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for everyone involved at the retreat. If this rule is broken guests will be politely asked to leave with no refunds given.
